99f99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1.1 Player Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 99f99 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities and automated accounts may not register.
• You must provide truthful and accurate registration information including your real full name, date of birth and active Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor or agent of 99f99, or an immediate family member of any such person.

1.2 Age Verification Process

99f99 verifies player age at registration and prior to first withdrawal. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued identification document to confirm your date of birth. 99f99 reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold withdrawals pending completion of age verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any funds held will be forfeited.

3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits to a 99f99 account must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. 99f99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however 99f99 may apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits and request supporting documentation.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. 99f99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• All deposits are non-refundable once credited to your 99f99 account, except where required by applicable law or as expressly determined by 99f99 in its sole discretion.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name and previously used for a deposit to the same account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 99f99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a bet. 99f99 provides access to game rules and information throughout the platform.

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the specific game rules or applicable market rules expressly permit cancellation.
• 99f99 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or placed in violation of these Terms or the specific rules of the game or market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of 99f99 is final. 99f99 will investigate all disputes fairly and in good faith, and its decision following investigation will be communicated to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

5.2 Technical Faults and Service Interruptions

99f99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances outside 99f99's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 99f99 will not be liable for any losses suffered by a player as a result of a service interruption, including but not limited to bets that could not be placed, positions that could not be closed, or withdrawals that could not be processed during a period of unavailability.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by 99f99

99f99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, on any of the following grounds:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Request by a regulatory, law enforcement or financial authority.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their 99f99 account at any time by contacting 99f99 support. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, 99f99 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining balance (subject to KYC completion and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements) and close the account. Voluntary closure requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes will be processed in accordance with the 99f99 Responsible Gaming policy.

9.1 Platform Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99f99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill. 99f99's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.2 Force Majeure

99f99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond 99f99's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or other events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.
